Services 

Capa y Familia Cigar Company provides live cigar rolling experiences for private events, including weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions. We also plan to offer non-tobacco products for sale through our website in the near future. 

 

Booking & Deposits 

• ​A non-refundable deposit (50% of total package cost) is required to reserve your event date. 

• Final payment is due by the agreed-upon date prior to the event (7 days prior to event). 

• Your event date is not confirmed until your deposit is received. 

• By submitting a booking request and deposit, you agree to these Terms. 

 

Cancellations & Refunds 

• Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your event date and time. 

• Final payments are due 7 days prior to event or other agreed-upon date. If your event is cancelled between the final payment and the event date, you will be eligible for a partial refund of the final payment. 

• If your event is rescheduled due to weather or venue-related issues, we will do our best to accommodate the new date based on availability. 

 

Client Responsibilities 

• The client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable space for our cigar rolling setup at the event location. 

• If your event venue has restrictions regarding tobacco use, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance. 

• We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or violates local laws. 

 

Payments 

• All payments are securely processed via our third-party payment provider. 

• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website. 

• Full payment must be received prior to services being rendered. 

 

Product Sales (Future Use) 

• Once available, non-tobacco products purchased through our website are subject to availability and listed pricing. 

• All sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. 

• Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact information at the time of purchase. 

 

Tobacco Disclaimer 

We do not sell tobacco or cigars through our website. Our live cigar rolling services may include cigar products for on-site experiences only and are intended for adult guests of legal smoking age (21+ in most jurisdictions). We comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. 

 

Website Use 

By using our website, you agree not to: 

Use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. 

Attempt to access secure areas without authorization. Disrupt or interfere with the website’s operation.
